HeyRockyThis policy explains the small amount of information used to operate Rocky’s consent-based conversational SMS program.
When you use the Rocky SMS enrollment page, HeyRocky stores an encrypted form of the phone number you submit, a keyed lookup value, your consent timestamp, the applicable consent-copy version, a hashed IP address, browser metadata, and later START or STOP status only to operate the SMS program, prevent abuse, maintain consent evidence, and honor opt-out requests.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number or use it for third-party marketing lists. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
HeyRocky may use vetted service providers such as Twilio to deliver or process SMS. They may process the minimum necessary information to operate the service under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact hey@heyrocky.ai.
The English-language version of these terms is the official, controlling version. Any translations are provided for convenience only; if a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls and governs any dispute. These terms and any dispute relating to HeyRocky, Rocky, Try Rocky, short links, demo output, submitted information, or related services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal written notice and mediation in Texas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any unresolved dispute must be resolved only by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and the parties waive jury trials and class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief for misuse of systems, intellectual property, security, confidentiality, or unauthorized access, or from using small-claims court where applicable law requires that option remain available.
